Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial contact to departure

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests. This includes handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Additional responsibilities include:

* Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
* Maintaining accurate records of guest accounts
* Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to guests and colleagues alike
* Responding promptly to telephone calls and emails
* Ensuring the smooth operation of front office tasks

To be successful in this position, you will require:

* Prior experience in a customer-facing environment
* Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* A valid Australian working visa and relevant certifications
