Project Management Role
Job Summary
* Have working knowledge of project scope and regularly consult with field operations, vendors, and subcontractors.
* Review project specifications daily and track contract pay items.
* Update project schedules based on input from Field Operations and track all contract documents.
* Compile subcontractors bids and estimates and distribute contract documents at project sites for management input.
* Work directly under the Project Management team.
* Oversee and ensure Safety Policies are followed.
* Assist Project Managers with project setup and closeout.
* Process and track all Submittals & RFIs.
* Create and maintain Project CPM Schedules.
* Assist in maintaining minutes for Weekly Progress Meetings.
