We are seeking an Insurance professional to join our client's expanding Norwest or Penrith Branch. The successful candidate will be managing an existing portfolio of Commercial SME and middle market business. Ideally you will be be an Account Executive with 2 + years' experience or more, good technical Insurance knowledge and a positive attitude
Our client is a well established Insurance Broking firm that have been operating for over 30 years, they have won multiple awards, they look after their staff and care for their staff like no other and have a brilliant working environment with some WFH flexibility
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing the highest level of customer service to the portfolio of clients
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the Insured, Underwriters and other key stakeholders
* Handling some new Business enquiries
* Handling renewals, endorsements and all other Broking duties.
* Working on Commercial SME and Middle Market accounts
* Working closely with your team including the Claims specialist in the team and the support team
Ideally candidates will have:
* Tier 1 qualifications in General Insurance Broking
* At least 2 years' experience in Insurance Broking at the Account Executive or Account Manager level
* Strong verbal and written communication skills essential
* Good energy levels and desire to succeed
* High levels of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
