Council is seeking a passionate and experienced leader who can inspire, coach and support our Ranger team. This is a newly created position and team, allowing the successful applicant the unique opportunity to play a significant role in building the team and developing and refining processes. We are looking to create a balance between education and enforcement to improve amenity and safety for our local communities.
In This Role You Will
* Lead and support the Ranger team to deliver consistent regulatory outcomes.
* Coordinate daily operations and investigations across all Ranger functions.
* Provide guidance on enforcement, evidence gathering and Court‑related matters.
* Provide a high level of customer service.
* Promote community safety through education, engagement and responsive service.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
* Has significant experience in regulatory or compliance work
* Demonstrates strong leadership and the ability to motivate a frontline team.
* Brings sound knowledge of Local Government legislation and investigative practices.
* Has high level customer service and community education skills.
* Communicates and manages effectively and delivers community‑focused service
