Our Augustus Gelatery Echuca store are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and hardworking **Shift Supervisor** to join our gelato team!
We pride ourselves on creating a positive experience for our customers and hope to create a team who will do the same. What we will be looking for is a bubbly gelato lover who is reliable, eager to learn and will contribute to maintaining a safe and fun working environment! As a Shift Supervisor, successful applicants will be responsible and reliable team players with excellent communication skills.
This is a Summer Casual Position, applicants must have high and flexible summer availability including late nights and weekend shifts. Position paid under Fast Food Industry Award rates.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist store manager in the daily operations of shifts
- Manage and supervise staff on shift to maintain morale and store cleanliness
- End of Day (EOD) procedures
- Manage customer complaints

Pay: $15.71 - $45.82 per hour
