Field Service Mechanic | Moree
WesTrac Moree is looking for experienced Field Service Plant or Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join their skilled team.
Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, you will provide diagnostic support to a range of CAT machinery and ensure that all repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections meet Caterpillar standards. Using your CAT expertise, you will guarantee work is conducted to a high level with a safety-conscious mindset and ensure breakdown solutions result in minimal downtime of machines.

Roster and Remuneration
* Roster: Monday-Friday days
* Shift Times: 10.5-Hour shifts 7am-5:30pm
* Potential annual earning between $130k - $145k + Super
*Rates above are a guide only and each candidate will be assessed based on competencies and experience*
Skills & Experience
* Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
* Familiar with Caterpillar Equipment
* OEM Experience (highly desirable)
* Exposure to SIS or ET (highly desirable)
* Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure deliveries are made on time and to customer standard
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously in the field and in a team
