The opportunity
Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with New Balance Australia who are on the lookout for a Key Account Marketing Specialist to join their Sydney-based team.
Reporting to the Key Account Marketing Manager, this role plays a critical part in executing marketing campaigns across New Balance’s largest retail partners. You’ll ensure campaign alignment with global brand standards, support creative development, and drive executional excellence across both sell-in and sell-through initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute marketing campaigns across Key Accounts, managing timelines, briefs, and workflows
* Adapt global marketing toolkits to meet local and retailer-specific needs
* Ensure brand compliance in all campaign elements and creative output
* Support creative production and agency management to deliver high-quality assets
* Assist Sales with sell-in requirements and seasonal activation planning
* Distribute all marketing assets to Key Account stakeholders
* Deliver post-campaign reporting, analysing KPIs and campaign effectiveness
* Monitor competitor and trade activity to inform strategic planning
* Manage campaign invoicing and budget approvals
What you’ll bring
* Ideally hands-on experience executing retail marketing campaigns
* Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’ll be working closely with Sales, Agencies, and Global teams
* Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, brand-aligned creative
* A commercial lens – you understand the relationship between marketing activity and sales outcomes
* A natural curiosity for market trends, competitor activity, and what drives consumer engagement
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team
