Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Chief Engineer with day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless operations and milestone achievement. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Chief Engineer with daily diary management, email management, and general administration.
* Collaborating with support staff to coordinate key meetings and events.
* Providing project coordination services, including planning, time/task management, stakeholder engagement, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
* Working with the technology leadership team to develop annual operating plans and processes.
* Facilitating approvals for personnel hiring, finance, procurement, and vendor contracts.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
* Proven experience working within large corporate environments with multiple business units.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, PPT, Word).
* Experience managing team activities and events is highly valued.
