As a key player in delivering end-to-end installation of telecommunications networks, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by activating and assuring telecommunications / technology products and services.
This role involves working without immediate supervision to deliver seamless service rectification and product installations that meet the full satisfaction of customers.
About the Role
* Deliver high-quality service rectifications and product installations to exceed customer expectations.
* Maintenance and installation of copper cable, including fault finding, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
* Management of fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
* Customer premises equipment maintenance and installation (both consumer and business).
Fault finding over copper networks in rural or remote settings requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key qualifications include Certificate III in Telecommunications, open cabling license, traffic management qualifications, and industry white card. Support and training can be offered on some qualifications. We have several positions available around the country.
