Job Overview
The Warehouse & Supply Chain Coordinator is a pivotal role where you will oversee end-to-end procurement, inventory control, and warehouse operations while supporting engineers, technicians, and workshop leaders.
* Key responsibilities include purchasing, supplier management, stock accuracy, warehouse organisation, and parts coordination.
* Managing the full procurement lifecycle involves negotiating pricing, lead times, and supply options, maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, and data integrity within the ERP (SAP advantageous).
* Organising and improving warehouse layout, processes, and stock control requires identifying and sourcing mechanical and heavy-vehicle components, reading technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs), and supporting workshop technicians and engineers by ensuring timely and accurate parts availability.
* Coordinating freight movements, bookings, dispatch, and general logistics administration are also crucial tasks.
