Qualifications
Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with MYOB Acumatica is essential.
Communication: Confident communicator with high-level written and verbal skills.
Compliance: Willingness to obtain a Worker Compliance Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check).
Rights: Must have Permanent Work Rights in Australia.
Advantage: Experience applying SCHADS Award requirements (including shift penalties, sleepovers, travel time, etc.) is highly desirable.
Work Conditions
Schedule: Part-time position, 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable: Record and apply customer payments, reconcile customer accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Payroll: Assist with the weekly end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate processing of timesheets and compliance with the SCHADS Award.
