In this role, you will have a significant impact on enhancing the digital product experience for users. As part of a geo-distributed team, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary experts to create and maintain mobile design systems that align with the brand and accessibility standards. Your work will involve leading initiatives to develop reusable components and modules while ensuring seamless interaction across various platforms. Accountabilities
* Collaborate closely with Brand, Design/Creative, Product, Accessibility, User Research, Analytics, and Technology SMEs.
* Create and maintain mobile branding, themes, components, and templates as reusable libraries.
* Adhere to Design, Engineering, and Accessibility guidelines and standards.
* Provide leadership on implementing and improving mobile platform coding standards.
* Prioritize and coordinate the work of other team members.
* Consult with Product teams developing full mobile native applications.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in iOS and Android development.
* Experience in agency environments or regulated industries, preferably financial services.
* Proficiency in React Native; knowledge of Swift/Gradle is a plus.
* Experience coding and maintaining mobile libraries across major versions.
* Solid experience with automated testing frameworks (Vitest/Jest preferred) and UI libraries.
* Experience designing accessible experiences interacting with assistive technologies.
* Proficient in Figma with strong design-thinking skills.
* Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus.
