The Role
The opportunity to play a lead role in delivering holistic mediasolutions whilst providing outstanding client service and inspiring your teamto unlock the growth potential of our clients.
Focused on planning, analysis, and architecture of mediarecommendations the Account Director is responsible for the team’s outputincluding quality control, campaign implementation, and the tracking andperformance of all media campaigns. In addition to providing high level clientsupport and thought leadership, this specialised role will also assist theGroup Account Director with the reporting of the team’s billings, forecasts,and other administrative tasks. You will also manage and be responsible for thedevelopment of your team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide specialised mediasolutions and recommendations to client’s briefs and business strategies aspart of the wider client team.
2. Provide thought leadership andexpertise across the variety of media channels / tactics.
3. Ensure quality output andeffectiveness internally (process driven) and externally (client responses andmedia briefs & feedback).
4. Support team training andeducation on planning tools, principles, and theories.
5. Build and maintain relationships with key media partners.Ensure Nunn Media is provided first to market opportunities, continue to buildour brand throughout the Melbourne Media network and assist with digital medianegotiations.
General Competencies
6. Experience in managing a teamwithin a media agency or similar field.
7. 6+ years' experience in a mediaor marketing role.
