Clinical Nurse Manager Role
Bethanie seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the clinical team at Elanora.
* Provide strategic leadership for the clinical team in collaboration with facility management.
* Ensure delivery of high-quality care to residents, driven by customer-directed services and aligned with aged care standards.
* Relieve the facility manager as needed, including on-call and scheduled leave arrangements.
This full-time position requires current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse, prior experience in management within a clinical setting, and relevant expertise in aged care. You will work closely with peers, driving customer satisfaction across the site.
