Your Role
Reporting to an industry-leading expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice to high-end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including:
* Drafting/advice regarding by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/licenses;
* Property/construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (e.g., NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

Who you are
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are either a transactional/advisory property and/or construction solicitor and/or litigation solicitor (litigating property/construction/strata disputes) with 2-15+ years' experience;
* Have had some exposure to strata issues and/or acted for strata industry clients;
