You’ll work closely with an Engineering Manager and Technical Lead, setting standards, driving best practice, and empowering your squad to produce outstanding engineering outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex technical solutions. Serve as the go-to senior engineer for Architecture, Development, Documentation, Quality, and Application Performance. Bring forward strong technical thinking and a collaborative mindset to elevate the entire team. What You Bring Proven hands-on experience across the full stack with PHP, WordPress, and Laravel. Strong capability building modern, scalable web apps using React and TypeScript. Experience developing APIs (REST or GraphQL) and standalone applications through frameworks like Laravel and Horizon. Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, including ORM systems such as Eloquent. Bonus: familiarity with Gutenberg and performance profiling tools like Blackfire. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and ETL processes. Solid grounding in DevOps principles — Automation, CI/CD, Observability. Experience designing high-traffic systems that are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient (e.g., AWS Well-Architected Framework).
