This role involves evaluating treatment and rehabilitation needs, supporting clients in identifying future employment or training options, performing assessments, and taking responsibility for effective case management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
* Support clients in identifying future employment or training options.
* Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments.
* Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
