We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Florida Licensed Standard Residential Inspector. This role will involve conducting comprehensive residential inspections to verify compliance with the Florida Building Code and approved plans, ensuring safety and quality of the property.
Key Responsibilities:

* Perform detailed field inspections for compliance with state and local building codes.

* Maintain comprehensive project records, inspection results, test results, and any other documentation pertaining to municipal required inspections.

* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders, explaining inspection findings and their implications.

* Foster strong professional relationships with Construction Managers, tradesmen, municipal building department staff, and personnel.

Requirements:

* Valid Florida Standard Residential Inspector (BN License) or FL Commercial equivalent.

* Valid Florida Driver License.
">
* Reliable transportation.

* Minimum 2 years' experience in related field code compliance inspections.

* Customer service-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections per day.

* Strong comfort level using technology, including computers, tablets, and smartphones.
