ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Partner Marketing & Events Specialist supports the planning and execution of partner‐led marketing initiatives and events across priority verticals in Australia. The role works closely with Sales, Partnerships, Integrations and broader Marketing teams to deliver impactful in‐person and virtual events that support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the end‐to‐end execution of the event calendar, including partner events, Podium‐hosted events and trade shows
* Manage event logistics such as venues, suppliers, budgets, timelines, freight and on‐site requirements
* Assist with identifying and testing new event formats for customers and prospects, both in‐person and virtual
* Track event performance and contribute to post‐event reporting, including attendance, lead quality and ROI
* Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve future events and experiences
* Execute partner marketing initiatives that highlight Podium's value proposition and support go‐to‐market partnership goals
* Manage and deliver a virtual event calendar in collaboration with Partnerships, Integrations and Sales teams
* Coordinate the creation of marketing assets such as presentation decks, email campaigns, text campaigns and direct mail
* Work cross‐functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Partnerships teams to align event activity with broader objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders
* Share insights, learnings and updates to support continuous improvement across partner and event programs
* Ensure Podium is consistently and professionally represented across all events, marketing assets and partner touch points
* Support the delivery of high‐quality experiences that reflect Podium's brand and operating principles
* Occasional interstate travel may be required to support on‐site event delivery and represent Podium alongside Sales and Leadership teams
REQUIREMENTS
* 4+ years of experience in marketing, events or partnerships, ideally within B2B or SaaS
* Hands‐on experience supporting or executing events, webinars or partner‐led initiatives
* A commercially minded, results‐driven approach with an understanding of event performance and ROI
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience using CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and event management platforms
* Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and how events and partnerships contribute to pipeline
* Experience in the Automotive, Healthcare or Home Service industries is highly advantageous
