We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily bar and restaurant operations.
Main Responsibilities
 * Ensure exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction, consistently meeting high standards.
 * Create innovative menus showcasing local ingredients and seasonal offerings, increasing revenue through sales of premium products.
 * Develop and implement effective staff training programs, fostering a positive team environment and improving employee retention.
 * Closely monitor inventory levels, manage stock efficiently, and optimize ordering processes to reduce waste and save costs.
 * Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as relevant licensing laws, minimizing risks and maintaining a clean reputation.
 * Develop and analyze financial reports, implementing strategies to boost profitability and achieve business objectives.
 * Plan and execute events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance the guest experience, promoting repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Proven track record as a successful Bar and Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.
 * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, driving results through clear communication and delegation.
