Your Role:
* Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences
* Collaborate with our team to create a nurturing and safe environment
* Assist in planning and documentation aligned with the EYLF
* Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Contribute to the evolving culture of a centre that values innovation and teamwork

About You:
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved)
* Genuine passion for working with young children
* Reliable, positive, and a great team player
* Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency status required
* Current Working with Children Check must be held at time of application
* Minimum 1-2 years of early childhood education / Room Lead experience
* Immediate start preferable
