The opportunity
A position exists for an experienced Service Administrator to join the team in our Townsville branch.

Job details
Respond to customer enquiries and prioritise service response.
Provide client Estimates/Quotations as advised by the Service Department.
Follow-up on outstanding service-related issues with Customers and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate field service priorities.
Coordinate Field Service work allocation and parts support.
Maintain Job Allocation Schedule and Field Service on-call register.
Manage Field Service Leave Roster.
Data entry and processing job orders.
Manage Field Service Work in Progress.
Processing of Field Service invoices and COD Customers.
Warranty claim processing.
What we are looking for
We are seeking an individual who has exceptional communication skills, is highly focused on attention to detail, and who can provide excellent Customer Service Support to our clients in a competitive retail market.
You should have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure at a fast pace within a close team environment.
Following skills are advantageous
Mechanical knowledge in earthmoving equipment is highly desirable, but not essential.
Computer skills in Microsoft and ability to learn our mainframe system quickly.
Training on products.
Rostered day off.
