Job Title: Transition to Work
This role involves leading teams and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a program, including motivating, guiding, and developing staff while working closely with regional managers to track performance and ensure delivery of a coherent and integrated service to both young people and employers.

The transition to work program manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining systems of internal audit processes to identify any compliance issues. They will also develop networks and relationships with potential employers, community organisations and government agencies and establish and sustain new business opportunities to meet growth and community needs.
1. Implement the program's business plans including the management and allocation of assets, human and other resources to achieve operational and financial objectives
2. Ensure delivery of contracts within a region occurs in accordance with contractual requirements and organisational policy
3. Establish and maintain systems of internal audit processes to identify any compliance issues
4. Develop networks and relationships with potential employers, community organisations and government agencies and establish and sustain new business opportunities to meet growth and community needs
