Established in 1876, Victor Churchill is Australia's oldest continually run butcher shop, dating back to the Churchill family and after which the store draws half its name. The other half belongs to Victor Puharich, a fourth generation butcher who emigrated to Australia from Croatia in the 1970s.
In 2009, his son Anthony opened Victor Churchill as a gift to his father. Ultimately, tradition and family history define the boutique butchery. **About the Role**
Victor Churchill is on the hunt for a qualified Butcher that will deliver high quality product and exceptional customer service.

- Methodically and accurately breaking, cutting and portioning of meat
- Weigh and assess all deliveries according to invoice received
- Daily assessment of stock
- Completing all jobs in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Assisting other butchers in completing their work
- To assist in daily and ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the store, and to assist other butchering colleagues in the general cleaning and closing and opening the store at the end of the day
- Participate in the daily processing and preparation of store merchandise and goods for setting up the department
- Provide a highest level of courteous and professional service to all customers

**In order to be successful, you will have**:
- Proven previous butchery experience, recently qualified or highly experienced both suitable.
- Genuine enthusiasm and interest in the craft of butchery.
- Confident and willing to provide customer service.
- Proven reliability and dependability.
- Team minded approach.
- Available to work a rotating roster including weekend shifts.
You have to have the Right to Live and Work in Australia without limitations.

Pay: $79,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
