We are seeking an accomplished Executive Culinary Leader to spearhead the launch of our modern bistro and functions calendar.
This role is a key opportunity for an exceptional chef to build on our refreshed community-minded club with a modern fit-out, well-equipped kitchen, and flexible event spaces.
Responsibilities
* Develop a high-performing culinary team from day one.
* Create cost-effective seasonal menus to achieve high profitability and minimize waste.
* Manage labour costs, rostering, forecasting, and prep plans.
* Raise service standards across the bistro and functions.
* Oversee stock management, supplier negotiations, and inventory control.
* Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
You require 5+ years of experience in a senior chef role, strong leadership skills, sharp financial management, and the ability to perform under pressure.
