Job Role
We seek a seasoned professional to lead our Real Estate Team in managing and growing our portfolio of clients' insurance requirements and placements.
The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide expert advice on insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with commercial property clients and deliver excellent customer service.
* Assess client needs and recommend insurance products and services to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective risk management.
* Oversee the policy renewal process, negotiate terms with insurance carriers and secure best coverage and pricing for clients.
* Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
* Hold Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or equivalent).
* Have insurance broking experience, ideally looking after an SME or commercial book.
* Proven experience in managing a small team.
* Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products.
* Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
