Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic planning and day-to-day branch operations to meet sales, growth, and profit objectives. Develop new market opportunities and execute business development initiatives. Motivate, mentor, and build high-performing sales and operational teams. Ensure customer service excellence by maintaining effective inventory levels and accurate sales forecasting. Oversee financial and management reporting, budget control, and compliance with HSE standards. Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key internal stakeholders. Oversee warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement in logistics and inventory management. Implement and review sales strategies, promotions, and tenders to maximize market share. Support staff development through performance feedback and training. Key Skills & Experience: Proven leadership experience within the engineering consumables, fluid power, or related industry. Skilled in financial management, including budgeting, P&L, and cost control. Strong business development, account management, and negotiation abilities. Experience specifying products for industrial or mining clients, with exposure to tender and contract management. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver results and implement operational improvements. Technical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic sealing solutions highly regarded. Qualifications: Trade background and/or hands-on technical or mechanical engineering experience. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Current driver's licence.
