In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machinery to support daily production requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and workplace safety.What You Will Do:Operate Excavators fitted with Hydraulic Shears, Hydraulic Breakers, Grapples, Magnets and Standard BucketsCivils Works - Breaking Concrete, removing Foundations, Bulk Earthworks, Backfilling the Area with the required Material and Levelling the AreaDemolition - Demolish Low Level Buildings and Process Felled StructuresScrap Handling - Sort, Process and Load Trucks with Scrap Metal and Recyclable MaterialsMaintain the piece of Plant/Equipment you are usingWork to high Safety and Environmental Standards at all timesWork independently and collaboratively within a small TeamEssential Requirements:Current Driving LicenseExcavator Operating ExperienceCurrent White CardExperience on Major Civil ProjectsStrong commitment to Safety, Teamwork, and Professional ConductClear and Effective Communication SkillsDemonstrated ability to follow instructions while working with minimal supervisionProven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environmentConsistent commitment to maintaining high standards without direct supervisionAbility to pass Pre-Employment Medical and ongoing Drug & Alcohol TestingWillingness to Work Away and undertake additional Hours as requiredStrong understanding of Safety Procedures and Safe Work PracticesGood attention to Detail and Problem-Solving SkillsReliable, Punctual, and Team-OrientedHighly Regarded:Demolition Experience (Advantageous)Demolition Ticket (Advantageous)Additional Tickets (Skidsteer, Forklift, Roller, Loader etc.)First AidWe offer a supportive, high-performance environment where your skills are valued, and your contributions are recognised.
