Job Description
This role is contractor‐based. On a day-to‐day basis you will be an integral part of the close‐knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
As a valued team member, you will have the responsibility of assessing needs and then providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure that Kairros clients receive a safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery.
You will be responsible for completing high‐quality assessments such as:
* Worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis
* Initial assessments to identify return‐to‐work barriers
* Providing insights and recommendations to the primary Rehabilitation Consultant to progress case outcomes
* Liaising with insurers, employers, treating practitioners, and workers where required
* Completing accurate case notes and service documentation aligned with SLA and compliance requirements
Qualifications
* Contractor experience is highly regarded with minimum 2 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant
* Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling and Social Work
* A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
* Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
* Proven written and verbal communication skills
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
* A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
