We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated leader who:
* Brings strong curriculum knowledge across Stage 4–6 History and Geography
* Has experience mentoring and guiding a team of teachers
* Drives high-quality teaching and learning across the HSIE faculty
* Uses data and evidence-based strategies to lift student achievement
* Understands and values inclusive, culturally responsive education
* Is committed to ongoing professional growth and collaborative leadership
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Relevant tertiary teaching qualifications in Humanities/HSIE
* NESA accreditation (or eligibility to obtain)
* Proven leadership experience in a school setting (e.g., Coordinator, Faculty Head)
* A strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and differentiation
* Full working rights in Australia
