About the Role
The Senior Product Manager leads our Digital Channels team, shaping the strategic roadmap for digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This pivotal role owns commercial outcomes and delivers high-impact initiatives to expand digital sales, reduce churn, and elevate customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop a multi-year digital growth strategy and roadmap using prioritisation frameworks.
 * Conduct cost-benefit analyses and build business cases for digital investment, managing budgets in partnership with Finance.
 * Collaborate with UX, data, and subject matter experts to run customer research and usability testing, shaping the product backlog with insights.
 * Define product requirements and prototypes through build, buy, or partner pathways, and manage the digital product lifecycle using agile practices.
Requirements
 * Significant experience in a similar digital product management role, focusing on acquisition and revenue growth.
 * Strong commercial acumen and experience in delivering measurable business impact.
 * Excellent influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills, aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders to commercial outcomes.
 * Data-driven mindset with expertise in experimentation and optimisation.
