Job Description
We are seeking highly compassionate Personal Care Workers (PCWs) who are passionate about providing quality care to older people. This role is ideal for individuals who want to help older Australians live their best lives with dignity, choice, and respect.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, mobility, and meals.
* Support residents' emotional, social, and physical wellbeing.
* Develop meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and other staff.
* Work collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals.
* Be a valued and respected member of a supportive, resident‑focused team.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in aged care or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
* Availability to work a variety of shifts.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for caring for older people.
