Litigation Lawyer-Intellectual Property & Commercial Disputes (4yrs-Senior Associate)
Location: Sydney. Salary range: $90,000-$150,000.

Key Responsibilities
As a key valued member of this cutting‐edge law firm, you will engage in a broad client base across Australia, taking ownership of litigation practice, advising and resolving disputes relating to intellectual property (mainly trade marks) and commercial issues including commercial contracts, corporate/business law, debt recovery, privacy law, defamation and employment law.

Who you are
* You are an admitted solicitor.
* Have a minimum of 4 years (or more) experience in commercial litigation, preferably including some intellectual property litigation.
* Have high attention to detail and strong drafting, communication, people and advocacy and negotiation skills.
* Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to participate in business development and marketing, desiring to be a key player in the business.
* You are results‐driven, positive, and hungry to be part of a cutting‐edge law firm that encourages excellence and innovation.
