Reporting to the Manager, Project & Contract Delivery the Coordinator Contract Delivery is responsible for contract management and leading the Contract Delivery team to deliver contracts, programmed work, and projects for Councill.

Position Description - Coordinator Contracted Services
Key responsibilities are:
* Providing leadership to a small team and contributing to the development and enhancement of team culture.
* Contract management and project management of a wide variety of contracts, including facilities maintenance, verge maintenance, park furniture, fencing, civil footpath, kerb and road repairs, road line marking, cemeteries, fire prevention, playground inspections, arboriculture, mulching, roof access safety, backflow valve testing, security, cleaning and ad-hoc projects.
* Engagement and management of a wide variety of stakeholders (internal and external).
* Manage multiple contracts concurrently, which vary in scale and complexity and are at different phases of development, implementation and construction.

The successful candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Law, Commerce, Business, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Facility Management, or in a related discipline/field
* Current Class C drivers licence
* Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (WhiteCard), or willingness to obtain
* Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check

Salary range is between $117,741 and $124,538 plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
