The Role
This is a full end-to-end property management role where you'll be responsible for all aspects of managing your portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include:
Portfolio Management: Overseeing a well-maintained group of properties with efficiency and care.
Building Relationships: Working closely with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure a seamless property management experience.
Inspections and Compliance: Conducting routine inspections and ensuring properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
Problem Solving: Managing maintenance and tenant issues with professionalism and a focus on quick resolutions.
What We're Looking For
