**The Opportunity**
The primary purpose of the role is to provide high level executive assistance to the Family Office team. As an experienced EA, your day will be busy, filled with variety, at a constant pace that will make you wonder where your day has gone. As the EA for this team, expect to be responsible for the coordinating and managing of administrative matters and all that a professional corporate EA would be able to manage.
Working along side this senior team, you must be able to build and enhance trust and have the capability to develop direct rapport with clients. You will be responsible for providing high level administrative support and be able to respond to specific client questions and concerns in a timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide executive support for the Family Office Partner and Senior Leadership Team Members, reporting to Head of Family Office
- Organising client meetings, implementation of activities, billing and Work In Progress (WIP) management and debtor collections, and reception functions
- Drafting, finalisation and quality control of written correspondence, including detailed client proposals and pitches
- Assist the marketing team with preparation for client events as required
- Proactive diary coordination and planning of schedules
**About You**
- **Minimum 8+ years'** experience in a similar role and environment, ideally working for multiple similar Partners and MD's
- An understanding and appreciation of working in a role that will require the ability to multitask, prioritise deadlines and manage various stakeholders
- Experience working with highly confidential matters and the ability to maintain extreme confidentiality is imperative for this role
Advanced Adobe Acrobat skills
- Proven time management, project management and organisational skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated understanding of client service in a professional services environment will be well regarded and preferred
- You must be highly organised, flexible, and be able to balance competing priorities
- You will have advanced communication skills, remain calm under pressure and be able to provide an exceptionally high standard of client service
