Strategic Talent Development Manager
This role requires a hands-on approach to developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive engagement, build capability, manage talent, deliver meaningful people outcomes in fast-paced high-volume environments. As part of the Industrial Relations Business Partner team you will provide coaching advice to leaders on complex employee relations matters lead workforce planning recruitment initiatives use data-driven insights influence decision making.
* Required skills include strong business acumen excellent communication interpersonal leadership project management analytical problem-solving capabilities. A bachelor's degree in human resources industrial relations or related field is preferred with at least 3 years' experience in an HR Business Partner capacity.
* The successful candidate will have the ability to influence cross-functional teams facilitate open dialogue foster collaboration among stakeholders across various departments promoting alignment towards shared objectives improving overall organizational performance.
