Insurance Operations Specialist

As an Insurance Operations Specialist, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our insurance operations. You will be responsible for transitioning our operations to a digital-first future state model.
* Monitor and optimize insurance operations processes to drive efficiency.
* Provide expert guidance on insurance product administration to colleagues and partners.
* Oversee the resolution of insurance incidents.
* Support management in day-to-day insurance activities and business rule adherence.
* Act as the subject matter expert for projects involving insurance touchpoints.
* Collaborate with partners to implement changes to business rules.
With 5+ years' experience in life insurance (Group or Retail) at insurer, administrator or superannuation Trustee with demonstrated success in a similar role, you will bring strong knowledge of group insurance, including death cover, income protection, and TPD. Experience with incidents, transitions, or SFT, and corporate-sponsored super plans is also essential.
As a stakeholder manager and interacter with senior leaders, you will possess proven ability in stakeholder management and interacting with senior leaders. A willingness to challenge and question the status quo is highly valued.
