About You
* A tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (a Master's Degree is required for Psychology applicants)
* You must be registered with AHPRA or ASORC
* You should be passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans

The Role
* Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
* Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career path
* Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
* Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educate employers on the benefits of good work practices
