In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full conference and events journey from quoting and converting enquiries through to detailed planning and seamless on-site operations. Reporting to our Associate Director of Sales you be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring every event is delivered with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of quoting, contracting, and converting event enquiries
- Coordinate event logistics and planning with clients and internal teams
- Oversee in office operations including room setups, client liaison, and supplier coordination
- Conduct meet-and-greet for organisers and delegates, ensuring exceptional service throughout
- Deliver events ranging from corporate conferences to private functions with attention to detail
About You:
- Previous experience in conference and events coordination or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and client relationship management
- Proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach
- Flexibility to work event hours as required
