This excellent opportunity will allow you to deliver strong leadership skills, ensuring the construction process is controlled and adheres to quality requirements. Remuneration is based on experience of course, though you can expect a salary between $180k - $200k plus super.

**The Position**
- Providing a guidance and an optimal framework to ensure that all key risks are identified, assessed, mitigated and managed over the lifetime of the project
- Carry out and report audits in accordance with the Project Audit Schedule
- Communicating any improvements to the risk management procedures, processes and software to confirm they stay up to date and reflective of the project's needs
- Developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control process
- Communicating with the project team regarding achievement of specified quality standards
- Regularly reporting quality performance and overseeing the implementation of quality control records
**Must Have**
- Demonstrated and relevant experience within the road, rail and structures space
- High level of communication and the ability to solid build relationships
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Driven and enthusiastic with a positive, hands-on attitude to project delivery
- Self-starter with the ability to determine own priorities and manage work accordingly
