We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our global Marketing team at Fivecast. In this role, you'll help bring our products to market and support marketing activities that grow awareness, generate interest, and support sales across customers in national security, defence, law enforcement, and corporate security.
You'll work closely with different teams, including product management, software development, data science, and sales, to make sure our product messages are clear, accurate, and reach the right people. Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Planning & Product Marketing
* Plan and run product launch and marketing campaigns to help customers understand and engage with Fivecast's products
* Create clear and compelling product messages that explain what the product does, who it's for, and why it matters
* Develop and manage marketing campaigns that highlight Fivecast's innovations and benefits to potential customers
* Write and produce engaging content that showcases Fivecast's products, including: Solution and industry summaries, Customer success stories, Product presentations and sales decks, Blog articles, Webinar materials
* Collaborate with customers to gather quotes, stories, and referrals that support marketing efforts
* Build strong product knowledge of Fivecast's features, roadmap, and upcoming changes for each release cycle, working closely with Business Analysts in the Product Management team to stay informed
Market Research & Sales Enablement
* Understand the market and customer needs by working with our Competitior Intelligence Analyst, utilising their reports and information on target audiences, customer types, challenges, and buying habits
* Work with product teams to plan how new products will be introduced to the market
* Train sales and other teams on how to talk about the products- what makes them different, who they're for, and why they're valuable
* Spot growth opportunities and help plan strategies to attract new customers and generate demand
Qualifications
* Australian Citizenship
* A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
* 8+ years of experience in product marketing, content creation, communications, product management, or a similar ro
* Excellent communication skills—you're confident writing and speaking clearly, and tailoring messages to different audiences
* A knack for storytelling and creating engaging content that explains complex ideas simply
* Highly organised and self-driven, able to manage your own projects and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working with different teams and building strong relationships across the business
