We're currently seeking reliable, self-motivated and compassionate in-home/Domestic cleaners/housekeepers to join our team as independent contractors, providing vital support to our aged care, insurance and NDIS clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces
* Clean kitchens and bathrooms
* Change bed linen and assist with laundry and ironing
* Dispose of household waste and maintain general tidiness
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients
* Follow client-specific cleaning schedules and preferences
* Perform unaided shopping for clients based on pre-arranged lists and needs
* Communicate any concerns or changes in client needs to the appropriate contacts
* Report any health or safety concerns to the appropriate team member
* Treat all clients and their homes with dignity, respect, and confidentiality
Requirements for the role:
* Experience providing in-home domestic cleaning and household chores
* Own cleaning equipment and supplies
* Proficient in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Commitment to providing excellent service with a respectful and compassionate approach
* ABN and relevant insurances (public liability, comprehensive car insurance)
* Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian working rights
* Access to a reliable and fully insured vehicle
* Smartphone with internet access
* Two relevant work references
