This is a full-time, workshop-based Auto Electrician position located in Mandurah. The role is focused on new vehicle builds, including electrical installation and wiring for trucks and canopy fit-outs. All work is completed in-house in a structured workshop environment.
The position requires the ability to manage allocated jobs independently from start to finish. This includes planning work tasks, ordering required parts and materials, and ensuring all electrical installations are completed to a high standard and within build schedules.
The role includes supervision and day-to-day guidance of a 2nd-year apprentice. This involves overseeing work quality, providing instruction, and ensuring tasks completed meet company standards.
The role does not involve FIFO, underground work, breakdowns, or call-out duties. Diagnostic work is minimal, with the primary focus on planned, new-build electrical installations.
