In this newly created role, you will be working within the People & Culture team to coordinate and support learning initiatives, develop our newly established GemLife Training Academy, and partner with our leaders to build team capability.
The Learning & Development Specialist will play a key role in designing the content alongside our leaders ensuring learning solutions are practical, aligned to business needs, and measurably improve capability across the organisation. No two days are the same in our department and we\'re looking for someone with experience in a similar position who is ready for a new rewarding challenge.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Education or a related discipline.
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent.
* Proven experience in assessing learning needs to build training programs to address capability opportunities.
* Prior Learning and Development roles - within the construction industry is an additional bonus.
* Excellent relationship building with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
* Strong organisation skills and confidence managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously
* The ability to create opportunities for professional growth and facilitate workshops.
