Lifeguard/Customer Service Officer at Lakes Entrance Aquadome – Casual 7080
Work on a 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings and weekends. This role combines lifeguarding, reception and customer service tasks. The position is casual with variable hours and offers a mix of aquatic oversight and front-desk responsibilities.
What You’ll Take On
- Supervise pool patrons to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Provide a high level of customer service at reception and over the telephone.
- Participate in daily customer service operations and related activities.
We’re East Gippsland Shire Council, managing local recreation facilities to provide safe and enjoyable places for exercise and play. This role supports the community by delivering quality service and safety in the Aquadome.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Can
- Deliver friendly, helpful customer service and handle conflicts calmly and respectfully.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty.
- Understand and use point-of-sale systems with knowledge of club membership processes.
- Work well as part of a team, follow policies and procedures, and support a positive workplace environment.
You Must Have The Following Qualifications/Licenses
- Employee Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Current Pool Lifeguard certificate
