What you'll be doing
As a key member of the global contracts team, you'll be the driving force behind smooth, timely site and investigator agreements across multiple therapeutic areas. Every negotiation you lead brings a study one step closer to launch.
You will:
* Own the end‐to‐end lifecycle of site and investigator agreements — from drafting to execution and amendment.
* Negotiate with confidence to align business needs, site requirements, and legal compliance.
* Work closely with Legal, Clinical Operations, Payments, and external research partners to ensure seamless study delivery.
* Track progress, forecasts, and documentation to uphold both speed and quality across studies worldwide.
What you bring
* Proven experience negotiating and managing clinical trial agreements or similar contract types in pharma, biotech, or CRO settings.
* Strong relationship‐building and communication skills - you're at your best connecting dots between science, operations, and law.
* An analytical, organised mindset with the ability to stay composed under shifting priorities.
* A desire to work where collaboration and impact meet - not just pushing paper, but enabling progress.
