We are currently seeking a driven, high-performing Inventory Manager to help take Autoline through its next phase of growth.
This role exists because inventory matters — to our customers, to vehicle uptime, and to our ambition to become the world's largest independent supplier of mining light-vehicle parts.
You'll be stepping into big shoes and will be expected to lift standards, not just maintain what's already in place.
How will you contribute?
As an integral part of our Operations team, you will own inventory performance end‑to‑end .
Your role is to ensure parts are available when and where mining customers need them, while maintaining commercial discipline around stock investment, service levels and risk.
You will:
* Own inventory fill rate, nil/out‑of‑stock and DIFOT outcomes
* Set and maintain inventory policy levels (min/max, safety stock)
* Forecast demand and report to Finance
* Lead and develop the purchasing team to ensure accurate, timely replenishment
* Actively manage excess, slow‑moving and obsolete stock
* Monitor supplier performance and manage supply risk
* Improve systems, data integrity and inventory processes
* Work closely with Sales, Warehouse and Operations to remove friction and improve predictability
This is a hands‑on leadership role with real accountability.
What do you need?
You will align with a high‑accountability, outcome‑driven culture.
Must have:
* 5+ years' experience in inventory or supply chain leadership
* Proven experience owning inventory outcomes (fill rate, turns, availability)
* Strong forecasting and analytical capability
* Solid understanding of inventory systems and replenishment controls
* Advanced Excel and strong data competency
* Clear communication and stakeholder alignment skills
* A demonstrated track record of getting things done
This role is not suited to:
* Caretakers or status‑quo operators
* Pure buyers or PO processors
* Theory‑heavy, execution‑light supply chain managers
* Anyone uncomfortable being measured on outcomes
What's in it for you?
* A senior role with real ownership and influence
* Direct access to leadership and decision‑making
* The opportunity to scale an inventory function that underpins growth
* Lead and develop a capable purchasing team
* Be part of a business with a clear long‑term vision
* Full‑time, permanent role
About Autoline
Autoline supplies light vehicle parts purpose‑built for the mining industry .
We don't supply weekend bush‑bashers or general automotive workshops. Everything we do is tailored to mine owners, operators and contractors who value:

* Quality that lasts longer — not cheapest price
We work directly with fitters on site, re‑engineer parts where needed, and hold stock in mining regions to support uptime where it matters most.
Inventory is central to delivering on that promise.
