Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.
This role involves delivering community nursing services, supporting complex client needs, and participating in regular clinical meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
* Nursing skills and experience
* Client/participant care planning – ensuring care delivery is specific to client/participant needs
* Training staff – clinical and non-clinical
* Assisting with after-hours clinical directions for clients/patients as required
The successful candidate will be supported by our experienced team of nurses with varying clinical skills and expertise.

Key Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will need:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* A strong understanding of community nursing principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
