As a leader in brand strategy, you will be responsible for driving growth and efficiency through strategic direction, performance expectations, and key performance indicator tracking. You will work closely with the executive leadership to align marketing priorities, brand positioning, and performance metrics.
We are looking for an experienced professional with 8-10+ years of relevant marketing and brand strategy experience, preferably in the automotive retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing OEM relationships, presentation skills, and analytical skills with a focus on ROI, cost efficiency, and budget management.
* Lead and mentor a team of Brand Managers to provide strategic direction and drive growth and efficiency
* Guide the creation and execution of brand strategies aligned with business goals and identifying market opportunities, consumer insights, and target audience needs
* Manage relationships with OEMs and franchisees to set and execute brand strategies that align with corporate objectives and ensure consistent brand representation across all partner channels
* Develop and maintain scalable marketing processes to ensure best practices are followed for impactful brand initiatives across retail stores
* Cross-functional collaboration with the CMO and other business leaders to align on marketing priorities, brand positioning, and performance metrics
* Budget and performance oversight to ensure alignment with brand goals and financial targets
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a focus on ROI, cost efficiency, and budget management, as well as experience managing large budgets and direct reports.
